Hi,
Can we get DCE alarm shown in DCO faster? From setting, looks like we are limited to 5 minutes polling interval. (Full Alarm synchronization time)
Thank you.

Hello Ling,
Generally speaking the time frame from my testing is approximately 30 secs from when DCE gets an alarm to DCO seeing the alarm. A few things that I would recommend checking
As well as, DCO relies on the network for HTTP/HTTPS requests. If there is alot of traffic on the network we may see slow response to new or clearing alarms.
Thanks
Victor

"Update Device information" does not influence how quick alarms are send. Reducing it is not a good idea.

The DCE will push new alarms to DCO more or less immediately after it receives an alarm. The DCO will on a regular interval load all alarms from DCE to guard against communication lost etc. in the push. The latter is the Full Alarm synchronization time.
So unless there's network communication issues, "Full Alarm synchronization time" does not influence how quick new alarms are received in DCO.
