The FW BMC y Server Remedy are in site BMC Chicago. So we have a VPN FW to FW for comunication between servers
Internal FW, External FW and DC Operation Server devices are inside the bank
We want configuration in DC Operation ver. 8.1 for BMC Remedy integration

As described in the following page: Configuring Remedy integration
in DCO, integration to Remedy v. 8.1 is supported (it may not work with newer version(s)).
And for the integration you would also need to enter the remedy server "host name" and "IP address". The communication port (80 and/or 443) must be open between the servers (DCO and Remedy server), eg. DCO must be able to reach the remedy server.
It is also expected that the remedy user (used for integration) has access to web services/tickets (and not sure if it can work with single sign on).

when I try to test in the DCO the configuration remedy, appears an alert that says that the server is inactive.
Any suggestion about what I'm doing wrong?
