I am looking for a liquid flow sensor device that will fit into a 3/4" BSP pipe or similar. I will need the flow sensor to talk to a monitoring solution like EcoStruxure, or even better, talk directly to a Schnieder Netbotz Device (essentially a 0-5V sensor or 4-20 mA).
Can anyone offer any advice? I surely can't be the only person looking for a liquid flow sensor in the data centre community.

Have you looked at ifm. You will likely need to use adapters for the 3/8 BSP. I like their sensors with display and they can feed into botz 0-5V or 4-20 mA. I have ua ifm pressure sensor connected to a botz to monitor pressure of a boiler.
Of course the flow meter will need to be compatible with liquid and sanitary type if used with potable water/fluid.
I have no expertise, just have noodled with Botz for a while. Use them in my barn to remotely monitor many things. Most are connected to 0-5 Vdc or dry contacts.
