We are not receiving ( Not getting trigged from DCE System) Auto Generated email for 355 camera Device when it come back Online.
We use to get by default Auto email "Device Online" when devices back online , without any Alarm configuration on DCE.
Can any one help me out with the solution please.

I really appreciate your followup but our local support is not up to any resolution as they also depend on community, even after we have full support contract with scheinider.
Kindly advice us any US support toll contact through with we can have a right support on time.
