Is this a physical server or virtual appliance?
When did you start seeing the error, after an upgrade for example?
If this is a virtual appliance, it may be that there is no more disk space available for all of the services to start up. In that case, you should add another disk to the VM. DO NOT attempt to resize the existing virtual disk, as it will break the server.
