We have about 200 PDUs that we manually configured there the time and date according to the local time zone.
Now we have an NTP server and we want to configure the pdus to be tuned according to this NTP server.
What we know, is that we need to enter every pdu's web and configure the NTP IP address and then apply.
Is that a way to do a mass configuration instead of getting into every pdu and configure it manually?

Assuming you're referring to APC devices, (we can't configure 3rd party) there are 2 ways to configure this without logging in to every device. Assuming again that you have Data Center Expert, go to the device menu–>APC SNMP device Configuration–>Standard device configuration settings. Select configure devices (or create a template if you want to save this config to push later) hit next then next again (unless you want to use one as a source). Next, choose the destination device(s):
Make sure everything else is unchecked then search for date and time, then NTP info:
If the one you're looking at has the info you want from setting it up in the device itself, you can have this be your template. If you're just configuring them, set it up by double clicking and editing the fields. Select the fields to be pushed then just hit finish.
For those that do not have DCE, you can download the config.ini from the device, take out all sections except the time/date section and lines you want, then push that config.ini to all the devices you wish to configure.
K-base FA317377 can help with DCE and mass config.
K-base FA156117 can help with more NMC specific configuration.
