Dear Team,
I have a DCO VM on a Hyper V environment, kindly why would the client not show the 3D view but shows the room layout ok?

Hi Felix,
Would you mind to share the spec of the client workstation? The 3D view is basically client based and dependent on the capability of the client work station such as display adapter. More info available here:System Requirements
