Example: We do see the devices in our DCE, it also appears in the DCO under "discovered devices", but we can not associate it . It also does not show under "unassociated device".
Thanks for any hint, Adrian

Hi Adrian,
Can I ask for:
copy of the latest backup file
screen capture(s) illustrating the "problem" devices, so I can find them in the setup.
I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly so the data safely can be shared with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Adrian,
Many thanks for providing the useful data. I have sent you a direct response moment ago. It seems the rack pdu device you are looking for, is from the DCE server "isx02*" which is not integrated in DCO.
The item/device you are seeing under the discovered devices is a different item (switch device) and coming from another integrated DCE server ("glc*).
In DCO, desktop client, System Setup > External Systems Configuration, would display the list of the integrated external servers.
Kind regards

Hi Jef, as stated, isx02 is an alias of the server you see as external server. The issue is somewehere else.
