First problem, the UPS in my office with my pc, 1 monitor & external hard drives plugged in has now decided to shut down with no warning or anything and let out a very annoying continuous beep. I've been in the middle of rendering a video one time and exporting pictures a second time and it's caused me to lose everything and frustrate me to the point of seriously being upset.
Hasn't happened in 1.5 years of owning the product but has now done it three times in the last 18 hours.
UPS XS 900 - Not sure which is the serial number : BX900R or 3B0907X33398
As for the one in the living room, it only had the tv, PS3, Wii, receiver and DVR plugged in to it and 3 of the 6 plugs have decided to no longer work. I've had to use an old surge protector along with the APC product just to power everything using both plugs from the wall. I'll have to get creative to get the model number and serial # off of it but it can be done. It is just the $35 one from Wal-Mart to give you an idea.
So overall, I'm not a happy customer, at all. If anybody can provide some insight, I need it asap, I can't have my main workstation not operational, I've got too many deadlines and work 7 days a week.

Quick update, last night the APC unit in my office shut off, immediately came back on, shut off again, immediately came back on and did this 4 times in rapid succession, I hadn't changed my desktop settings to not turn on as soon as it received power so it was attempting to boot up each time. Once I was finally able to stop the cycle and get the APC unit unplugged, I just hoped everything would be alright.
As my luck would have it, once I hooked up a different APC unit from my brother in law to use in the meantime, my fears were realized. The very unit I purchased to save my computer from freak power accidents had just had one of it's own, and fried my desktop.
I will be on the phone with you bright and early in the morning, and I will not rest until my losses are recouped.
