I have a Smart-UPS X 3000 that has been in production for 4 months now and I am having a few issues with it. I had it unexpectedly shutdown last night and I have no clue as to why it would have. Its an old building where we have the UPS and I know they have brownouts at times but the UPS is only on battery for a few seconds to a minute at a time which isn't long enough for the batteries to die.
