Powerchute Business not showing multiple UPS

I recently installed PowerChute Business Edition on a VM to monitor 2 Smart-UPS 1500 via USB. But for some reason only 1 is showing up? Is there any way to get both to show up in the software?

I installed Tripp-Lite software and it's detecting both

Hi,

When running PCBE the Agent talks with the UPS and represents the UPS. You can only run a single Agent on a system at one time. If you would like to view 2 system from a single system you would need to connect each UPS to different compatible OS and install the Agent on each OS. Then you can open the web interface to each Agent from a single system.

Another option is to view each Agent using and SNMP agent.
