Morning all.
I have two Easy 3 UPS units with E3SOPT001 cards in them. I'm getting a UPS communication has been lost on the web interface and from what I have seen this is a firmware version issue. I'm running version 3.7.DA807.APC.12 and this issue has been fixed in v13 from what I have seen.
Issue is I cannot get the firmware update to work. The firmware update page is pointing to ftp.icv99.com but never connects, with a connection failed error. Is this site still valid? I've also tried the Netility app which doesn't find the units either. Are there any other ways of updating the firmware?

Hi Steven
The current firmware version for E3SOPT001 is 3.7.DA807.APC.15 and this will resolve the communication issue.
I suggest you contact your local Schneider Electric Customer Care Centre as the upgrade process for E3SOPT001 is complex. SNMP manager version 5.1.11 is required for NMC access, you also need to change Laptop adapter settings etc.

Select you preferred country on the top left of the web page.
They can arrange a site visit for a Field Service engineer to perform the upgrade for you. When you call you can also check if the UPS are in warranty or if you have a service contract.
Hope this helps
Regards and Thank you

I also faced a similar problem. I will now use the method you recommend. Will I let you know soon if it worked?
