IMD-IT-S100-H Compliance with IEC 61558-2-15
Dear My Colleagues,
I am checking the IMD-IT-S100-H (IT Medical Transformers - Asia Range) specifications for medical application.
1. IMD - IT - S100H complied with IEC 61558-2-15: 2011 standard.
2. Clause 18.102 IEC 61558-2-15: 2011 standard mentions: The leakage current through the protective earth conductor from the enclosure to earth, shall not exceed 0,5 mA when measured at room temperature under no-load condition with the transformer supplied at the rated voltage and the rated frequency.
3. But on the transformer spec, leakage current item it shows that " The leakage current is less than 3.5mA between primary and secondary, primary and bracket, when input 230V/ 50HZ"
With the specification in [3], customer understands that "The leakage current < 3.5mA" and it didn't comply with item [2].
It is so confuse for me and also customer.
My question: Can we confirm with customer that: “our isolation transformer for medical locations IMD-IT-S100-H has leakage current through the protective earth conductor from the enclosure to earth is not exceed 0.5mA as per IEC 61558-2-15 standard ?"
If yes, do we have any update document to show it.
