Using IE 32-bit in 64-bit Environment
In a 64-bit environment, both the 64-bit as well as the 32-bit versions of IE9 are installed when you install IE. The 64-bit version is under "..\Program Files\Internet Explorer" where-as the 32-bit version is under "..\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer".
You can also tell which version you are running by checking the Help > About and see if there is "64-bit" at the end of the version information. If not, then it is 32-bit.
