I've been unable to download Powerchute v3.0.2. In chrome, each time I get to and click on the Download button it gives me "Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data." I get similar no-joy results in Firefox. I am logged in to my account. Win7-64bit. BX1500.

Hmm. Ok, well I can get to this both internally from APC network and externally from my own so I hate to say it, but I am thinking an issue on your end maybe. Regardless, I'll attach the file to this post.

No joy. In Chrome I get "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data." Similar failure in Firefox and IE.

Thank you! That did it. Just out of curiosity, does downloading through the normal channel require a browser add-on/extension (like java, etc.) or 3rd party cookies enabled?

Maybe 3rd party cookies for navigating the web page but I am not sure beyond that. It just refers you to the FTP link I gave you which does not require any cookies or java.
