Hello,
I have a SRC1KUXI 800W online UPS. It has recently started tripping off when main goes off. I have checked the two SMF batteries attached and they showed 13.20V and 13.23V respectively. A self-test on the UPS comes out ok.
Here is a video after it has tripped,

The UPS is only loaded 55%. Any idea what could be the issue?
Thanks

Hi @rajil.s_apc
Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. Apologies for the late revert on this post of yours.
If you are still experiencing this issue with your UPS, may I know if we can remove the load attached to the UPS and then unplug the unit from the power source?
