We have any diagnostics lab and needed to install UPS online for our medical machines.We contacted dealer of APC(INDIA) for installing the UPS.We finalized our quote and requested dealer to install the UPS.For 10 days he kept saying that it is being transported from APC office Bangalore(INDIA)and after 10 days when we advised him to give time line for installation,he never gave any.We contacted APC (India) Manger sales for sorting the issue.To our dismay APC representative and dealer started demanding extra 21000 INR plus taxes above what was quoted to us after 10 days (saying we gave you wrong quote).We protested and said we will not pay more than we have agreed.
Now all this has lead to loss in our business and delayed further process.Never expected this from a so called global corporation (or its channel partners).
Please advise what should be done for such dealing from world reputed company representatives.
