okay, not sure where to start. i followed the setup guide by Schneider Electric on YouTube, but still have issues, even after reinstalling twice.
i cannot change the Output Voltage in UPS Settings from 230 VAC to anything else (I am 120 VAC). it lists options, but when i change them and hit Apply, it just reverts them.
it wno't let me change the UPS Name either.
battery charge on most pages is off by one decimal point. it always says 9.8%, for example, instead of 98%.
when i choose a date under Energy Reporting, then hit Apply, nothing changes onscreen. i don't even know what is SUPPOSED to happen, but the numbers in the Energy, Cost, and CO2 boxes stay at zeroes.
Event Log shows THOUSANDS of errors (once every 5 seconds) with the message "To ensure Graceful Operating System shutdown, turn off delay for Main Outlet Group was adjusted to 180 seconds". under Shutdown Settings, there is nothing selectable in the dropdown list for "Time for operating system to shut down", regardless of which option at the top i have selected. the Event Log does not appear to be logging anything else. Chrome shows a completely empty Event Log.
i don't know why they decided to make the table on the Event Log page the height that they did. it is just a dozen or so pixels shy of showing all the data per screenful. at the height it appears, i have to scroll down ONE row to see the last entry. kinda dumb, since you cannot even change how many entries to show per page, which would have been nice, too.
i have tried both Firefox and Chrome browsers.
i have installed PowerChute Business Edition Agent version 10.0.2.301 on Windows 7.
the Personal Edition seems to work perfectly, but it does not give very much information. i'd ideally like to know the dates/times when there were outages.
oh, also, the Personal Edition will pop up and TELL me when there is an outage, while there is no indication of that with the Business Edition. is there some way to get notified of an outage with Business Edition onscreen?

What model UPS do you have?
How is the OS connected to the UPS?
NOTE: You cannot have both PowerChute Business Edition and PowerChute Personal Edition running simultaneously on the same system.
