Thank you for these tips! I would also like to point out that employees need to be supervised to maintain an appropriate productivity level. I know that many managers use https://www.worktime.com/employee-monitoring, trello.com, or https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira as it reduces the time spent scrolling through Instagram and Facebook, which is very crucial for some workers who don’t have self-discipline.
