Updated Module (Version 5) and issue tracker

A new module is available on the Box site.  This version includes a small assortment of the custom function blocks including a loop, interstage delay and sequence block.  In addition it includes other fixes from issues reported from the community and internal testing.

This version has had very limited testing internally.   We anticipate additional updates coming from Tridium and will post accordingly.

In addition, a new issue tracker has been posted.   There are many items that are now designated "fixed" but have not fully been verified.
