When bringing in a schedule block, i noticed that the selection for the
"Priority For Writing" is grayed out at 16. I believe this is similar to EBO
workstation where it will use the default priority that you picked in the
control panel for the entire station. I assume this is the case here.
Does changing the default priority of the Jace8000, allow the schedule to
write to priority 10 if required? I haven't immediately found this setting
but i know i've had to do something similar in the past for other jobs in AX.
@Jim_Okapal the MPX Firmware does not support changing this setting so it is greyed out to prevent the user from trying.
I am not away of an equivalent settings in Niagara. The Niagara station will write to priority 16 for normal operation, priority 8 for overrides, and priority 2 for emergency overrides. If you use the set command it will write to the relinquish default.
@Jim_Okapal I think this should be raised as a design concern since an engineer may want an external write to be PFW 16 and local logic at a different PFW like 15.
