Below is a screencap showing the issue. The first block was originally a tstat block
which had an extension of "proprietary128:91" Turning it into a Limit block will show
the same extension. The block will be unusable after that. Modifying the slot
doesn't seem to have any effect. The only recourse seems to be to create the
new block from scratch (2nd object) so that you get the correct proprietary ID number.
