In working with the priority inputs of a stand-alone block, there's 2 sections
that look like good candidates for controlling the block in a manual way.
The green circled area looks to be the section where you want to change things
and relinquish with Nulls. The bad part is that its buried under it's own section,
while the red circled area is shown right out in front of you.
If you try to change the red area, you'll have unexpected results and it may not do
exactly as you want. In the case of digitals at the moment, it may blank out your
text displays so that you see a blank space for the values.

The section circled in green is the native Niagara Priority array which is present in all AWS config objects. This represents the actually priority array in the BACnet device.
The section circled in red are "proxy" slots added to the MPX config objects to facilitate binding from the wiresheet.
Any manipulation of the priority array should be done in the green section.
