Below you will find some of the key information needed to begin with the beta program. Please use this community to provide any feedback.
Before you begin:
Here are a few things to keep in mind before you begin:
- Please user Niagara 4.7 or 4.8 software (will not work currently with Niagara 4.9)
- All 7 SmartX IP MP controller models are supported.
- Use a recent version of Firmware in your SmartX MP controllers. Latest and suggested version is 3.02.01
- Currently you will need to update firmware using the regular process with EBO. A new version of the eCT (coming shortly) can be used to update firmware in the future
- Send in your HOST ID to be licensed for the SmartX IP module (send email with info to brad.stradtmann@se.com)
* during beta, upgrade may not be supported. As development continues, changes will be made to the engineering module and there is not guarantee that and upgrade path will be possible.
Accessing the Files:
All files required for testing will be supplied by Schneider Electric on a Box site. Make sure you access this site for the latest versions:
