In the picture below, you'll see a timeclock that will change a heat setpt
between two different values in a typical "Select" block configuration.
Notice that the binary portion of the select block doesn't register the
binary value being sent to it. It will always remain Null.
If you connect the binary value directly to a BO, the output will change.
My initial guess is that the BO is able to see something that the script
can't. This problem is occurring for the full range of binaries.
