what is the problem I have two licenses of see electrical building but it crashes all the time it is very difficult to work, there is no 64-bit version?

Its useful to know because we have an old retired product called See Electrical Building which stopped at version V4R4 about 4 years ago. I'm not aware of what might make this unstable but if its due to changes in the operating system then its not something that will get fixed.
The new product is called See Electrical Building+ and the latest version is V8R2 SP11.
Just as a summary for the Community, the following may be useful for others:
When importing DWG files be aware of the complexity and number of elements. You can report on the number of elements by running the command DRWINFO, which in this case showed there were over 60,000 elements within the drawing.
To enable improved performance while working, turn off layers for elements that you don't need to see until printing or exporting, such as furniture and complex hatching.
