SCADAPack configuration via USB thumb drive

To allow SP to load configuration upon startup when the SP is in Factory Clear mode. Similar to how it is implemented for Trio Radios. This will significantly improve deployment and maintenance of SPs in the field with no knowledge required of the software and cable connections.

I will verify with the RTU team if this has ever been considered. It would most likely have to be implemented on the SCADAPack x70 RTU line as this is the newest and still under active development moving forward.

Our team has had this very idea on the drawing board for a few months and is currently considering the implementation options with respect to our product development roadmap. We have some ideas and may be able to accommodate in a late 2021 firmware release. We will keep you posted as more info becomes available.
