We have a customer with old TSX24 RTUs that we plan to migrate to SCADAPack. I do not know those RTUs, or have found any info googling at it, but apparently -from the info we have received from the S.I.- they include a GSM comm board in them. So we don't have that in our SP offer, but they do are some technical notes of our SP RTUs working with GSM MultiTech modems... yet we have never made any implementations with them.
Has any of your worked with those modems along with our SCADApack solution? Are they as robust as our RTUs to be installed in the ambient our devices could be? What your experience has been with the use of those modems or do you recommend any other provider? and which?
Thank you for your feedback on this.

Hi @LorenR,
The Multitech GSM modems you've mentioned are used in some remote field installations of our Rod Pump Controllers (RPC). Both Scott and Zack (Telemetry Solutions team) have had good success with them in various situations, and they are happy to recommend them for field installations. We don't often discuss them as a separate offer, but they are available as TBUX297129 and TBUX297136.
I will attach a couple of documents which discuss the use of these modems.
