**_Radio1: What version firmware do I need to load into the Q series to be able to use it as an Access Point with E series radios and intermix as remotes with E series remotes. Thanks._**
-----------------
bevanweiss: Use the latest firmware, there is an option under the radio settings to use E-series Compatibility.

joelw:
Q Series firmware 1.3.6.3674 added E-Series compatibility mode. So you will need to use that version or later. I always recommend using the latest though!

Reply From User: joelw, posted: 2018-10-18 20:06:40 Q Series firmware 1.3.6 and newer will support backwards compatibility with the obsolete E Series radios. Trio Q Series firmware can typically be found with a simple online search.
