Hello,
As introduce during this webinar, the IEC 61439 edition 3 shall be published before mid of 2020. In the actual edition 2 for the routine test regarding dielectric performance the assembly manufacturer is authorized to perform an insulating resistance to assembly up to the rating 250A. For upper rating he has to perform a dielectric test. In the next edition 3 the rating is moved up to 630A. For upper rating he has to perform a dielectric test.
