For your first question. You can refer to this video. From 2:30 onward, it explains the sharing process from EcoStruxure Power Commission to Facility Expert.
For the 2nd question, accessing documents & project information requires login in Facility Expert.
We use Single sign-on mechanism for all Schneider cloud based app, so if user already registered to any Schneider Electric app, same login can be used for Facility Expert. And in case of first time use, once user is invited by an existing user of Facility Expert or Power Commission, an email will be sent to the new user with register link.

However, how to make the transfer of the switchboard data from Power Commission software to Facilty Expert software?
Do you have trainings for that?
Also, does it require the facility manager or other actors to have an access to Facility Expert too?
I mean: does all the project ecosystem have to use the digital logbook before initiating it at Panel Builder ?
I think that if not, I still need to print paper for project handover and then I cannot see how Panel Builder will gain something going digital alone.
What do you think?
