We are using the "External Reference" function inside the "IEC61850 configuration tool" to set up the IEC61850 server side mapping.
Please kindly find the attached photo that we don't know how can we drag the "External" point on the left side and "Internal" Data objects" on the right hand side to the center to compete the mapping.
additional infomation:
We using Easergy Builder in Select SCD mode and then importing the CID to the M580 as attached pic.
The T300 expert advised us to use a <IED name="IED_M580" instead of <IED name="IEC61850".
But we have found that on the M580 side, the "Internal" Data objects" name on the captured pic cannot be changed, and as it has been named as "IEC61850". Would like to ask is this the reason why it cannot be map together?
Second question is does the Edition 1 / Edition 2 matter for this case? as i have found that HU250 is only supporting Edition 2?
we are appreciated for your help.

The mistake is using Easergy Builder in Select SCD mode and then importing the CID for the M580 (this would only work if the SCD was for the complete system e.g. created using SET).
So how to do it?
When the IEC 61850 device is created using Easergy Builder, it is necessary to:
The enclosed CID file (IED_M580_6.1.cid) is for the M580 used as an IEC 61850 Server.
The IED name <IED name="IEC61850" is legitimate, however we recommend to instead use a name such as IED_M580.

Thanks for your assist Jean-Yves, the mapping issue has now been solved.
There are few mistake i had made,
1. as you mentioned i need to select "build a SCD file" instead of "Select a SCD file".
2. the CID file IED name need to be match with the one on M580 NOP300 side for mapping.
3. I need to use Ed2 in both side for this project as HU250 support Ed2 only.
Also would like to thanks Yves CHOLLOT and Tom Berry for getting me the configuration instructions.
