TSX AEY414 was installed on a machine which became faulty and I installed new same module.
Problem is that new module don't show any error only RUN indication is ON. but HMI is showing 0 values from that module
I think PLC is not reading the values of new module
can anyone help me what may be the reason?

Please check if the input signals are available. Depending on the signal type connected (+/-10V or mA) you should be able to measure some voltage. If thermocouples are connected this might be more difficult.
If this doesn't help, contact your local support/service team.
I have checked the voltage levels and 2-3 volts are present. is it cab be due to SV/PV or RL difference?

Contact your local support/service team, they can help.
Can I check the module by placing it to some other slot of the same rack?
to place the module on other slot, do I need to make any changes in hardware configuration of the PLC program or not?
When you place the module in another slot, you have to make changes to the hardware configuration (in software).
Re-working module addresses after moving a module depends on the programming environment.
If you are using Control Expert then a drag and drop of the module to another slot will automatically update the associated variable addressing. Cut and Paste does not move the addresses to the new slot.
if I will change the slot, should I also need to change the addresses?
which software should I use ? unity Pro or PL7?
the software which you will need to change the configuration in the TSX57 will depend on the CPU reference. Earlier systems would use PL7 Junior / Pro, updated systems or later installations will require Control Expert for Unity applications.
If I want to test the module TSXAEY414 on some other slot of the same rack, Do I need to make changes in Hardware configuration of the PLC program?
Yes, you need to add the module type into the spare slot so the CPU can give the module its configuration.
Can I use TSXPCX3030 cable for comunicating with CPU P57103?
As I don't have TSXUSB485 cable
