Here is a screen capture of what we are reading for one of the iem3555 meters at a site.
Note that current A is a significantly higher than B or C ampere readings and the kW is negative.
Does anyone have a guess on why this would be? All that I can come up with is either a bad sensor, the wrong sensor type on that phase or a problem with the meter itself.
Has anyone else witnessed this issue?

Our electricians have checked the wiring. I would suspect that if "A” were
backwards then it would read close to the rest in a balanced system but be
Here we are negative and over 40 times different than the other phases.
We believe that it is a malfunctioning sensor that is causing the issue.
