A default ION 7/8000 series meter has frameworks for calculating transformer and line losses. If there is an error in the loss parameters and the meter goes into service, the uncompensated values are not logged anywhere. Since the incorrect compensated values must be corrected; does anyone have a method/spreadsheet to handle this scenario? I assume by reverse engineering the loss formulas with an assumed steady voltage, pf etc the amperage for each interval energy value can be derived?
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
We have a number of customers that will modify their framework to record both compensated and uncompensated values, seems a bit safer if they program the meter incorrectly. Many customers will just do the compensation in MV90 rather than the meter.
