I can't find information about the measurement capabilities of the N-Terminal of PowerTag A9MEM1521/22, are the same as the phase-Terminal?. We're planning to use these PowerTag references for a 2-phase system, any other ideas? is better to use 2 A9MEM1520 instead?

Can you precise your architecture ?
N Terminal for any PowerTag Sensor has no CT. It is only used as a Voltage Reference so you cannot monitor any current on the Neutral.
If I understand your system will be : N, L1, L2 (No L3 ?). If you plan to use A9MEM1521/22 => it means that you have Acti 9 MCB. Can you give me the commercial ref of the breakers ?
Depending on your answer I may suggest you some configuration.

I want to conect A9MEM1570 in L1-L2-L3 system (No N). Will be any problem if i no conect the N terminal of powertag?

If you have a 3ph system without Neutral : it is more recommended to connect a A9MEM1573.
If you use the A9MEM1570 and if your system is balanced : your measurement precision will not be affected. But.... what are you going to do with the N pin of the PowerTag 1570 ?
Keep in mind that 1570 is dedicated for 3P+N unbalanced system. Neutral will improve the precision of the Power measurement.
