Hi expert,
I have a ION7330 with kWh show display screen: 9500 kWh
But my customer want plus 500 kWh, mean we will plus 500 become 10000 kWh show display screen.
I know ION setup will be made. Please help me with arithmetic.
Thanks very much
If you are asking if it is possible to adjust the kW due to either line losses or inaccuracies in the PTs/CTs in use, the ION73xx line of devices does not have any built in functionality to adjust the kW readings (which are calculated directly from the PT/CT ratios and measured voltages/currents). You could however, use ION technology and design a framework that would allow you to modify kW and show some type of modified kW reading (I don't know how you would want to do this by either just adding an offset or more than likely applying some type of scaling factor).
Hi team,
Pls help me. Thanks
Once you've connected to the 7330, you can use the Setup Assistant and go to the RegEdit tab (located in the Templates section) and edit the existing energy totalizers to what ever value you want.
Click on the Display button near the bottom:
Then click on the Edit button on the shown dialog which will then permit you to edit the energy values.
Press Send to save the changes to the device (make sure the checkbox is checked for any readings you wish to update).
Hi Roberts Lee,
Thanks for your informations. How about kW?

Hi Robert Lee,
Hehe. Sorry, I confuse, i forgot. Because i know kW is instantaneous value.
Thanks very much Rebert Lee
