We currently have a customer who is complaining about some issues relating to the PM800, PM5350 meters, and neutral connections. Below is some detail on it. Unfortunately we do not have drawings for this, as the customer has been making changes on site, on the fly and hasn't documented any of this.
My strong feeling is that the customer has wired something incorrectly, but they are quite a hostile customer and I would like to know if this has been encountered before? Previously they have been quite aggressive when we asked them to investigate their own work unless we could definitively prove our hardware was infallible.
