Hello Hüseyin,
Currently the ION9000 does not support reading data recorder values via modbus. The document has this ranged reserved for possible future use.

Hello Hüseyin,
Would need to know a lot more information.
What registers are you trying to write to?
What values are you try to write?
Modbus Gateway enabled?
What device ID does the request go to?
Do you know what exception you are getting back?
I assume you are talking to an ION9000 and not a device downstream of it.
Hi Charles,
I tried Data Recorder with 53001 register address,
Most Modbus registers in the ION 9000 are read only. Especially data recorders. what it is that you are trying to do?
i need Data Recorder Module values,

Hi Huseyin
Register 53001 is not in the ION9000 register map. Where are you seeing this information? Data Recorders are not available through Modbus protocol.
Thanks
Tom
Hello Tom,
This is from ION9000_Modbus_Map_002.000.000.xlsx. I have already highlighted this to product owner.
customer need data recorder, they use 3rd party software.
Hello Hüseyin
Data recorder information is only supported with ION protocol, not available with Modbus.
Hi Tom,
I found this register on Register Map,
Old document "Modbus Protocol and Register Map for ION Devices_70022-0124-01" has described how Modbus Data Recorder retrieval is. See if it is compatible to the ION9000 but I'm sure the 3rd party software will not be able to retrieve them since in standard Modbus there is nothing descripe about data recorder unless you have to develop custom application.
The data recorder bank of Modbus registers are reserved, but are not implemented on the ION9000 as mentioned above.
