Failure to copy the comtrade files of ION meters

I would appreciate it if you could help me in problem would be happening at the moment of copying the comtrade files, which I do not allow.

Assuming you have Advanced Security activated on the device, you will need to first login.

Right click on the Windows Explorer window and select "Login As..." from the pop-up menu.

For the User name, you will enter any valid user which has read permissions (ex. User1).  Do not put in any leading zeros or space between the user portion and the number.  Enter the assigned password for that user.

This should permit you to download the Comtrade files assuming you enter the proper credentials.
