Janitza has been a strong competitor of ours in certain geographies (UK, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore) and have been gaining some business in those regions.
I am working on a competitive analysis for Janitza and a few of the preliminary findings are:
> Their products are not as "feature rich" as ours, but they seem to be able to prescribe their few differentiating features very successfully, which means they have a strong focus on prescription with end users and consultants
> They seem to focus on non-critical applications, with "good enough" offers that are price positioned below our main offers
> They seem to be focusing in expanding their business in Europe and Southeast Asia
I'm curious to hear about your experience with Janitza in your region. Are they present in your region, have you come across them? Price positioning vs our offers? What features / products are they promoting? What's their go to market strategy? Any suggestions on how we should fight them back?
