Hi all,
Is it possible to simulate LMC058 PLC with ethernet in soMachine software. I want to test the logic written in PLC which uses tcpudp library.

Unfortunately, some functions/libraries that are linked to hardware communication ports cannot be simulated without a controller. You can simulate the SoMachine / Machine Expert protocol to simularte HMI/Scada communication but you can't simulate raw tcp/udp from the TcpUdpCommunication library.
You will need a physical controller to test you tcp udp communication. If you don't have a LMC058, you could test that part on a M258, M241 or M251.
