We see adds every day featuring new, better, best technologies.
There is no "one size fits all" level instrument. Some instruments are very versatile. Some are very popular (such as radar and d/p level). I try to explain how end users, vendors and engineers can work together to select the best level instruments in this presentation I gave last week to ISA Birmingham Section.
Great presentation Jeff! This is a good resource for people to use for personal education, but also helping educate, remind, or update customers.
Thanks Nick. It's a good start. I'd like to flesh it out more to actually discuss additional technologies. Hopefully it's a primer for a frank discussion regarding how we always end up doing things the way we've always done them. Vendors, end users and engineers have to work together.
