Issue

It appears like the MNB-1000 is running for a short period and then resetting.

Product Line

Environment

I/A Series MNB 1000

Cause

On occasion, activity on the MSTP trunk will cause this error.

Resolution

  1. Access the MNB-1000 and disable the MSTP trunk.
  2. Attempt to upgrade the Plant controller again.
Note: Use an IP connection to the MNB-1000 for the upgrade.
  3. Re-enable the MSTP trunk once the upgrade is complete.
