Issue

NL220 Data base will not open and an error, "Database cannot be accessed you may be in single user mode NS #22" is produced.

Cause

Administration rights are not granted to the Microsoft server computer user preventing the database from opening.

Resolution

To work around admin access from IT:

  1. Close NL220
  2. Right-click
  3. Relaunch using "Run as Administrator"
