I want to download HMI program from HMIGXU5512 how can i do it i have lost the source file 😭

That link was correct, there is a guide how to download. But I think you mean yo want to upload the source from your HMI? There's no way to get back your project if you don't download the backup to HMI.

If you mean upload, unfortunately, no way(. You have to re-create the program.
