Can you use the ION_Data.Quantity ID's (193 active power; 129 active power delivered; 107 kw, etc.) and query in this fashion:
SELECT dl.id AS 'rowId',
dl.timestamputc AS 'timestamp',
CONVERT(DATE, dl.timestamputc) AS 'date',
CONVERT (CHAR(5), dl.timestamputc, 108) AS 'interval',
s.NAME 'channel',
CONVERT(DECIMAL(11, 3), dl.value) AS 'value',
q.NAME,
q.id
FROM [ION_Data].[dbo].[datalog2] dl
LEFT JOIN [ION_Data].[dbo].source s
ON s.id = dl.sourceid
LEFT JOIN [ION_Data].[dbo].quantity q
ON q.id = dl.quantityid
WHERE q.id IN ( 107 )
AND dl.timestamputc > '2019/01/30'

Please note that the schema of the PME Database could change at any time. If you are using direct queries to the tables understand that there will always be a risk that the schema will change and that the queries will no longer work as is.
