What are the main changes vs the previous solution :
For a better user experience and usability, files will be organized by “Software packages” related to versions (ex : EBO 2022).
A package now includes all needed items for the installation of a given version:

Currently (as of v1.9.1) any comments, cause or action codes applied to an alarm event are NOT being stored in the Report Server database. The [StruxureWareReportsDB].[dbo].[tbAlarmsEvents] table doesn't have any reference to these fields/items nor in any of the other tables in the [StruxureWareReportsDB]. All of the included alarm reports appear to be summary/totalization reports only and don't appear to include these details.
All user entered details regarding an alarm should be stored in the Report Server database. Many legacy product users (I/NET, Continuum, etc) expect this data as they currently have it in their alarm reports.
I confirmed this deficiency with PSS:

Hi Joshua,
Here is the reply which I have received from the Experts, hope this can help you something:
Experts Comments:

I don’t believe that the cause and action selections are not passed through to the WebReports SQL database, so it is not possible to generate reports on this information.
Comments are passed through to WebReports tbEvents table.
Not sure if these are been considered in any future revisions?
Depending on what they want to display it may be possible to create a custom Event view to generate a view showing the relevant information they need?
It should be noted that the Alarm (view or SQL table) does not store any Cause, Action or Comments. These are all stored in the Event view / table.
