I just installed my UTS10BI. All is functioning well so far.
I have not yet tested the generator or the ups.
As I run through the system status, even though there is no ups or gen online, the gen phase 1 shows 16 volts zero watts, gen phase 2 shows 15 volts zero watts. The ups status shows 10 volts, zero watts.
Before I hook up and test the gen & the ups, should I be concerned or is this small amount of volts somehow bleeding through normal and it's nothing to worry about?
I've double checked all wiring, it all looks good, clean & everything is functioning well on city power.
I just don't want to make a mistake when I plug in the ups & bring the gen online for testing.

i asked and is maybe due to the power meter being too sensitive at the lower end of the spectrum. nothing to be worried about.
