Hi,
When I try to connect to the web interface of the Back-UPS HS 500 there is no webpage visible ("page not found"). This isn’t working via the tool nor when I type the IP-address direct in IE9. The UPS replies on pings so the IP-address is correct. I can also change the IP-settings and the name with the tool.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried accessing this on a different browser? This unit has a very old interface so I'm wondering if that might be the issue.
